facilitate student learning, 16 new study carrels with lighting and
power point are now added at the study zone of the Medical Library.
A Desk Bike is also installed in the leisure reading room. You can relax, do some fitness exercise and burn more calories with the Desk Bike while working on a computer, reading or writing.

The vending machine services in the Medical Library's leisure reading area would be
discontinued with effective from 5 October 2019, due to the low usage and high
maintenance cost.
The 2019 Journal Citation Reports (JCR) edition is now available, based on 2018 data. It has expanded its coverage to 11,877 journals, including 283 titles new to the JCR – 108 of them fully Open Access.
Reflecting new areas of research concentration, the JCR has added three new subject categories: Quantum Science & Technology, Development Studies, and Regional & Urban Planning.
