on Ovid medical and healthcare databases in March 2015.
Program 1: Nursing Databases on Ovid
The
Nursing databases which include Joanna Briggs Institute EBP Database, Maternity
and Infant Care, Ovid Nursing Database, etc. provides a rich source of
full-text journal articles, e-books and practice guidelines on Nursing. In this
workshop, you will learn the essential skills for effectively searching
materials of evidence-based practice of Nursing.

Program 2: Evidence-Based Medicine Reviews Databases
The
Ovid's Evidence Based Medicine Reviews is a collection of evidence-based
databases that contain high-quality, independently reviewed evidence to inform
healthcare decision-making. This workshop will focus on the techniques for
searching the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Central Register of
Controlled Trials, Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects, etc.
